Tasks

Login to the portal using your credentials. From the Side or Top menu click Reports

After login in. You will see the report section in the middle of the page.

Case Entries Explanation

ID: Prescription ID
Date: When the order was placed
Patient Name: Your patient name
Payment: Treatment plan cost
Type: New, Existing, Mid-Course, Correction or Refinement
Simulation and Reports: Click on the link to view treatment simulations, Attachment and IPR reports
Status: Case status. The following statuses are available. Checked, Pending Approval, Revision, Declined Approved

Order Entries Explanation

ID: Order ID
Date: When the order was placed
Patient Name: Your patient name
Type: New, Existing, Mid-Course, Correction or Refinement
Status: Case Status
Tracking Number: Copy and paste the tracking ID as indicated by the tracking number.
Total: Total order amount
