Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed Monday-Friday during our normal business hours. – To cancel an order, please call us immediately. If the order has not yet been manufactured, then it can be cancelled. If an order has been manufactured and has already shipped, it will be treated as a non-returnable and non-refundable.

** All orders must be completed before any files are available for download or sent to manufacturing.

Shipping Policies

General Policies:

– Klear Moves will determine the type of carrier for all shipments except when the customer has provided special instructions. We will not accept liability for shipping charges, duty or tax.

Damaged Shipments:

– If merchandise is damaged during shipping, the notification must be made to the carrier within seven days. Retain original damaged packing for carrier evaluation. Klear Moves must then be contacted so that arrangements can be made for a replacement order.

Klear Moves  makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of product pricing, description and depiction. However, errors do occur. Klear Moves reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions as we deem appropriate. Prices subject to change without notice
